We are here to thrive not just survive. There is a collective shift on the planet where we are being asked to choose self-love, growth and raise the collective consciousness to Love, Empathy, and Compassion.
Our survival patterns and coping mechanisms are hell on Earth. AND….It is VERY possible to use that pain, and trauma as fertilizer to your Souls becoming. Ancestral trauma, climate change, systemic racism, collective depression, collective hate, and political tensions are a Soul call to evolve, shine and be a lighthouse of change for ourselves and our community.
My practice focus is on loving all parts so that you embody your full Self, metabolize the trauma and awaken to your innate brilliance. As you love all parts you realize your fundamental goodness.
I use my psychic gifts to help you see the parts of you that need presence, be a student to your own Divinity and learn the anatomy of your own energy. I have the capacity to run energy temporarily that creates a bridge between your wounded parts and Soul power connection. I can also see your energy, Angels, animal guides, and loved ones.
I take a transpersonal approach which means we benefit from the principles of psychology and spirituality. We also use embodiment practices and ecopsychology to help ground and anchor your insights. I commonly give Chi Cong forms, reading homework, and healing tools with each session.
I am never done growing as long as I am alive. I love that I have learned something from all the people I’ve had the true joy and honor to help. I am currently in Trauma Sensitive Trauma-Informed Yoga 300-hour training. I have a daily practice of listening to Earth spirits, Chi Cong with my horses, weights, and affirmative prayer. My husband and I are also currently in our second training on intimacy, communication and attachment.
